The sudden shift of life

The day of saturday, the 18th dwaned with a fear; Fear, as everyone knows, but this wasnt what was in store for all of us? was it destined to happen, the most reputed man, the man known for his morale fibre and sustained performance even in the adversities, like, Plague, Earthquake, Riots, ... and the list will go on. was asked to quit, just for the reason that, the organization can not sustain him. Impressing upon him that 11 years of pure dedication, means nothing to those who see only money, and that too, the equation, they arrive on is completely incorrect. They say that to earn Rs.1 Cr, the need to give advances of Rs.100 Cr., so if they cut the cost by reducing the no. of employees, i.e reducing the expenditure, they can attain the same profit in less advances, and advances means risks. But tell me, that if you dont take risk then will you ever be able to get profit? if you reduce the workforce more than what is required, then those Rs.68 Cr would be a distant dream.hope that those people get the enlightment and dont destroy those who are dedicated.
